Chronopost Express 24h (Chronopost Express 13)
Your order is shipped in less than 24 hours and delivered the next day before 1:00 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Saturday delivery may be available as an option, subject to Chronopost's terms.
For certain coastal islands, delivery may be extended by one day.
For Corsica and the day following a public holiday, delivery may take place during the day without a guaranteed delivery before 1:00 PM.
Shipping Conditions – Chronopost Express
Any order placed and confirmed before 1:00 PM on a business day is prepared and shipped the same day by WICKS FR, then handed over to Chronopost.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM are shipped on the next business day. In this case, next-day delivery is not guaranteed (example: an order placed Tuesday after 1:00 PM will generally be delivered Thursday).
Parcels are handed over before Chronopost's daily collection cutoff to allow same-day processing.
Once the parcel has been handed over to Chronopost, delivery times depend exclusively on the carrier. WICKS FR cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including weather conditions, strikes, high activity levels or logistics incidents.
A tracking number is provided as soon as the order is shipped so that the parcel can be followed in real time.
Important Information About Chronopost Express Delivery Times
Chronopost Express delivery times (next-day delivery before 1:00 PM) apply from the moment the parcel is actually accepted by Chronopost and on business days only.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are prepared and shipped on the next business day.
Although orders placed before 1:00 PM are handed over to Chronopost on the same day, next-day delivery before 1:00 PM remains subject to the carrier operating normally. During busy periods, after a weekend or depending on local logistics constraints, an exceptional one-day delay may occur.
In such cases, delivery may take place the following day, without giving rise to a claim or refund, as the delivery time depends exclusively on the carrier once the parcel has been accepted.
Unclaimed / Uncollected Parcels
Any parcel not collected within the time limit set by the carrier (recipient absent at delivery, failure to collect from a pickup point, refusal of the parcel, or incorrect/incomplete address) will automatically be considered uncollected and returned to the sender.
In this case, a flat fee of €9.90 will apply.
This fee covers administrative costs, return shipping charged by the carrier and handling costs.
If you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped, you must collect the parcel from the pickup point and then return it according to the return procedure provided by WICKS FR.
If the parcel is not collected and is automatically returned to the sender, it will be treated as uncollected and the €9.90 fee will apply, without exception.
No refund can be issued until the parcel has actually been returned to and received by our services.
WICKS FR cannot be held responsible for:
failure to collect the parcel within the carrier's time limit,
the recipient being absent at the time of delivery,
an error or omission in the delivery address provided when placing the order.
