Return:
You may return your items within 14 days of receiving your package.
We do not accept returns beyond this timeframe.
All returns must be made via postal service (La Poste), including parcels shipped to a collection point. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the return must be received within 14 days from the date of the parcel's receipt. Beyond this period, we cannot process the return of the parcel.
The returned items must be:
- In their original condition, unworn, with all pieces and tags.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging (packaging + box).
- Soles must be absolutely clean and free from any signs of use.
If this is not the case, we reserve the right not to proceed with an exchange or refund.
Please note that any item returned that does not meet these conditions will not be refunded. In such cases, we will notify you by email, and we will be obliged to send the item back to you (shipping costs at your expense).
Note: To avoid any damage to the items that would lead to non-refundable returns, please try on your pair of shoes indoors on a smooth and clean surface (preferably carpet or rug) when you receive it to avoid soiling or damaging the sole in case of a return.
Refund:

After inspecting the item and if it meets the criteria, your refund will be processed promptly and will be automatically applied to your original payment method.
Delayed or Missing Refunds:
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
