Don't panic, contact us immediately by email (contact.wcks@gmail.com) and we will be happy to update it if your package has not yet been shipped. Simply send us your corrected address with your order number and we will change your information
In accordance with our Terms of Sale, once an order has been shipped, no changes to the order can be made. You will then have to wait for your order to be received and then make an exchange; the procedure to follow in this case is explained below, in the “returns and exchanges” category.
Unfortunately, we do not do exchanges. You must reimburse your item in order to place a new order for the desired item. When will I be reimbursed in the event of a return? Returns are processed by our team within 14 days after receipt of your package at our warehouse. An email will be sent to you once it has been processed.
